Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how Optimus Body Labs, LLC (“OptimusBody”) collects, uses, and shares consumer health data, and the choices you have. It applies to all users and includes the rights provided to Washington residents under the My Health My Data Act. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Health data we collect

We collect health-related information that you choose to provide, including body weight, body measurements, workouts, nutrition logs, meal photos, body progress photos, and the AI-generated estimates and insights derived from them. We collect this information directly from you when you use the Services.

How we use it

We use your health data only to provide the features you request, such as logging and analyzing your progress and generating personalized estimates and coaching. We do not use it for advertising.

How we share it

We do not sell your health data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that operate the Services on our behalf (such as hosting, storage, and AI processing), under contracts that limit their use of the data, and as required by law. We will not share your health data with any other third party for its own purposes without first asking for your separate consent.

Consent

We collect and process your health data based on your consent, which you give when you choose to use a feature, such as adding a progress photo or enabling AI body analysis. We ask for your consent to collect this data, and we ask for separate consent before sharing it in any way that would require it. You may withdraw your consent at any time, after which we will stop the related processing.

Your rights

You have the right to access the health data we have about you, to withdraw consent, and to request that we delete it, including by directing our service providers to delete it. To exercise these rights, email privacy@optimusbody.com or use the deletion tools in the app. We will respond as required by law, and you may appeal a decision by contacting us.

Biometric data

Our AI analysis of your photos and measurements is used only to provide your personal progress insights. It does not create a facial-recognition template, scan your face geometry, or identify you biometrically.
